Returns & Exchanges

At Crowder Shop, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if a fit isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
